I distill health, fitness and nutrition information into easy to understand language for people who find diet and exercise overwhelming.
As firm believer that there are no consequences in life, I maintain this site because my life path has directed me here.
I have always had a strong interest in how the body performs, and have been an athlete all my life. That being said, only recently have I found CrossFit, and while most people look back on their lives to remember their athletic days, I am in the best shape of my life, and getting better every day. Striving to be the fittest, most powerful person my genetics will allow has also led me on a quest to discover the foods and methods of consumption that allow the body to function at it’s peak performance level. I would like to share what I have found with you.
Why do I do it?
I was asked by a friend recently,
If you were to die tomorrow, how would you be remembered?
This site is part of my answer to that question. I want to be remembered for trying to help people better their lives. I hope to show you that your personal well-being is an easily attainable goal, and though the sea of health, fitness, and nutrition information is vast and deep, you can float if you alter your lifestyle in a few simple ways.
